The basketweave gives it a subtle shine that catches the light beautifully, and the finish really is as soft as described. I keep grabbing it for the couch even when it's not cold, just to feel the texture.
The basketweave pattern catches the light in a way that makes the whole bed look more polished, and the "slow finished" softness is genuinely noticeable the second you touch it. It's light enough for warm nights but still feels substantial when I pull it up to my chin.
Woke up with this blanket draped over me for the third night in a row and the cream color still looks clean and bright, not washed out. The sheen catches the morning light in a way that makes the whole bed look more put-together than it is.
